A unique houseboat experience

Set in the quiet and secluded, Upton Lake nature reserve, our houseboat is less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Upton-on-Severn

Berth Number One

We are moored within a wildlife sanctuary on a private gated lake, overlooking the newly landscaped bank and very handy for the BBQ area which is planned for next Spring. With the closest access to our private car park, we can offer easy, well lit parking with 24hour surveillance.For B&B lovers, you don't want to do their own catering, we have the Wheelhouse Bar and Restaurant in the marina that provides excellent food N.B. Since these photos were taken, other homes have been launched.

Deck / Lounge

The modern and easy living lounge , opens out onto a very large deck with comfortable casual seating and dining table & chairs. Just the ticket for a sundowner before dinner

Lounge /Galley

No need for the galley-cook to stop socialising with the crew while they're relaxing or, if you're lucky, hard at work swabbing the deck.

The Master Cabin

Birth one's Master Cabin is just wonderful for an early morning beverage whilst watching the wildlife on and around the lake. The desk turns the cabin into an office for those who really need to keep in touch.
The en-suite shower room, plenty of wardrobe space, smart TV, king sized bed and great linen, all go to make this a cabin for two couples to squabble over.

Cabin two

The two single beds are extremely comfortable with toppers on sprung mattresses and good views from two sides. This cabin benefits from a larger head with a bath as well as a shower.
